We are selling fsbo. What is recordation tax? How much does that typically run?
I understand that we are responsible for paying for deed prep., but wasn’t sure about this tax and if it is a fee every seller must pay.
Thanks for the answer Jennifer S. I googled it and for my state it says none. So I am assuming, we do not have this tax… maybe??

I know there is a % like it sells 80% faster than if you are selling it on your own does anyone know the percentage that is; I know its really high thanks
